Devisa has cleared all 3 levels of the International CFA program in the first attempt. She is a B.Com (Honours) graduate from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata. She has interned in an equity research firm in 2017, wherein she worked on white-label brands, performed an accretive EPS analysis for a potential merger, analysed payment gateways and startups to identify investment opportunities.
 
At Credence Capital, she follows the Paper industry and has keen interest in the FMCG sector. Before investing, she likes to see how those numbers come together to form a story.
Devisa interned as a Summer Associate in Citi Markets, where she worked on the digital space, specifically, Online Travel Agencies and Payment Service Providers, and the UK-India Corridor.
 
In her spare time, Devisa will usually be found painting, roller-skating or hopping around town trying new delicacies!

Devjyot Singh

Devjyot graduated from BITS Pilani (2014) with a B.E. degree in Computer Science. He developed a keen interest in finance and economics during his college days. He later joined Goldman Sachs where he created a platform that implemented the Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) framework for the firm as part of the Dodd Frank Act. Besides this he also developed applications that helped the firm file financial reports to multiple regulators like the FED, SEC etc.
At Credence Capital, Devjyot primarily covers the Banking sector.
He again returned to Goldman Sachs for his summer internship in the Investment Management Division. He got an opportunity to work on multiple projects which covered – portfolio management, markets, derivatives, equity and fixed income modelling and risk management. 
Currently he is pursuing the CFA and FRM certifications.
He would be joining as an investment banking associate at Avendus Capital.
He is a sports buff and has won medals in table tennis and chess at BITS Pilani and IIM-L.

Harsh Gandhi

Harsh is a Chartered Accountant and has completed Bachelors of Commerce from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce & Economics. He has also appeared for CFA ® and completed Level II in 2017. He completed his articleship with Lovelock & Lewes (a PwC network firm) in the Assurance function. This brought him a diverse practical exposure to sectors like Industrial Manufacturing, FMCG and Pharma and elevated his grasp of financial statements and underlying business.
 
He takes keen interest in understanding macroeconomic interactions, technical & value analysis and derivatives & arbitrage strategies. At Credence, he follows the Cement and IT & ITeS sectors with a keen interest in the Infrastructure sector as well.
 
Harsh has interned as a Summer Associate at McKinsey & Company.

Kabir graduated from Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies, DU in 2015 with a Bachelors of Business Studies (BBS), post which he worked as an Investment Banking Analyst with Verity Knowledge Solutions (former UBS affiliate) for a year, a as part of the PUI (Power, Utilities & Infrastructure) team. He is also appearing for CFA ® Level II examination in June 2019.
 
At Credence Capital, he develops derivatives trading strategies. He also tracks the Telecom and Aviation sectors for investment opportunities, while evaluating trade opportunities based on global macro hypotheses.
 
Apart from this, he is also a part of the institute badminton team, and can be seen playing poker till the wee hours of most weekends.
 
Kabir interned at McKinsey & Company for the summer of 2018 & would be joining the firm as a full time employee in 2019.

Ramya is a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, She has completed her Bachelors of Commerce from the University of Madras. She completed her articleship with KPMG in the Assurance department. She also has one year of work experience, post articleship with KPMG. During her tenure with KPMG, she executed diverse client service engagements which brought her exposure to the Financial Services, Manufacturing and Pharmaceutical sectors.
 
At Credence Capital, she follows the IT & ITeS sector with a keen interest in the Telecom sector.

Satyam graduated from Delhi Technological University (formerly DCE) in 2015 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Thereafter, Satyam joined McKinsey in its Procurement practice where he advised 30+ client engagements on global sourcing strategies over 2 years. During this period, Satyam developed an expertise in analyzing multiple different industries & evaluating companies, which drew him positive client feedbacks & consistently high performance ratings. Satyam also won a reputed global entrepreneurship competition within McKinsey.
 
During his time at McKinsey, Satyam developed a deep interest in personal finance and investment management by actively investing in equity markets & debt instruments, which lead him to join Credence Capital at IIM Lucknow.

Shubham Roy is an Industrial Engineering graduate, from IIT Roorkee, class of 2016. While in IIT Roorkee, he was involved in a wide range of activities from designing an All Terrain Vehicle, for BAJA, to working on a myriad of projects on heuristics and genetic algorithms
 
Post his graduation, he worked for a year in i3 Consulting, a middle east based consultancy firm. His primary responsibility was transaction advisory to Saudi Investment Holding company, advising from preliminary due diligence right upto the signing of definitive documents.
